Enjoy the perfect blend of historic charm and modern luxury with high-end finishes, a spacious open layout, deck and large backyard and wellness amenities including an infrared sauna & cold plunge in the backyard shed. Dishwasher: Please load and start the dishwasher. Tablets are in a tin under the kitchen sink. Please add "Dry+" when programming. Thank you!
Trash/recycling: all trash must be in tied up yellow bags (located under kitchen sink) and placed in green bin outside. Place recycling in the blue bin outside no plastic bags. Thank you!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Guests overstaying or delaying housekeeping will be charged $50 for every 30 mins past checkout time. Thanks for your understanding!
QUIET HOURS are from 10 PM to 8 AM daily. We love our neighbors!
