It is a beautiful, detached 2 bedroom villa with its own private, electrically heated pool and attractive marble flooring throughout, and boasts stunning sea views seen from the pool area and from the enclosed dining area fitted with large windows. The living room with large French doors lead onto the enclosed, private, south-facing, furnished sun terrace and pool area. The villa is child friendly with a gated pool area, and has provisions for a cot and highchair and has a private, off-road parking. A local bakery, mini markets, cafes/bars, and restaurants are conveniently only a few minutes away on foot, the nearest beach and Playa Blanca centre are 5 min drive, and Arrecife airport is 30 min drive. Airport pickup service is available. Ideal for couples and families seeking a tranquil holiday location with unbeatable seaviews and audible sea waves.

The villa is in Faro Park which is a renowned residential complex with properties built to the highest standards. It is an ideal place for family vacations being safe, quiet, having reliable weather, availability of plenty of activities, and access to local amenities.

This property has magnificent sea views, glorious mountain views, and is a place where beautiful sunsets can be experienced. You can fall asleep listening to the waves!

This detached villa built in a traditional Canarian style has access to a private heated pool as well as a larger community pool in the complex.
