Our Cape Cod style home is located in Normandy Beach. Normandy beach is known as the ultimate family vacation area. Our home is located on the bayside with a very short walk to the Ocean beach & Bay beach at the end of our block. Bay beach has a very nice playground for the young ones. Our home offers a huge back yard deck with our own private beach on the bay for the little ones. This beach is the great place to swim and launch kayaks or paddle boards from. The deck also has a hot tub, BBQ grill, and plenty of seating to sit and enjoy the boats go by. A huge living room, with an attached sunroom that has open seating to enjoy evenings playing games or watching TV. There is an Huge outdoor shower to rinse off all the sand. This home is surrounded by many other family homes with tons of kids. The street is very quite and great for kids to bike, run and play. We have plenty of off-street parking. We will consider your request for a pet to join in on the vacation fun. Sorry but we DO NOT rent to prom groups, graduation groups or parties under 25 years of age. This is a family only type rental. We do include (6) beach badges. This is a smoke free property. No Smoking / Vaping outside or inside ever. Our home is equipped exterior security cameras. No cameras are located inside the home. Cameras are use for severe weather conditions and property damages.
Due to Covid-19 Virus ongoing - NO bed sheets or pillows included. We suggest your bring your own pillows. Bed quilts and Bed comforters are included.
