Mantoloking family beach getaway.

Consider our new house(2024)your home away from home while you visit Mantoloking. Phenomenal 3 story property boasts 3 bedrooms and a loft, including a private king bedroom, a private queen bedroom, a queen bedroom with twin bed and bunk bed, and a loft with a queen murphy bed. 2 full baths equipped with showers and hair dryers, 2 half baths and one outside shower. Our guests will feel pampered during their stay, steps leading to all floors.

Wake with your coffee on our top floor patio and end your sunset, enjoying a glass of wine. Don't cook unless you want, our full kitchen and barbecue located ground floor, are perfect for the home cooked meal. Restaurants, ice cream shops and convenient stores all close and many within walking distance.

Parking for 3 cars under house. A Ring doorbell/garage for your safety and ours. Our duplex is second house from our family beach with a very short walk to our bay complete with crabbing, fishing and children's playground. Our beach is private, no passes needed. Experience what Mantoloking has to offer with a stay at our house. Both boardwalks are close enough (7 miles to Seaside or Point Pleasant,,then back to our Coastal paradise.)

Easy check in process. Loretta was quick to reply and very accommodating. The home is new, clean, and very comfortable. Kitchen is stocked with nice coffee maker, appliances, etc. One house from a nice private beach which we enjoyed all day! Thank you for sharing your home!

We had a lovely stay at Loretta’s beautiful brand new beach house. I would highly recommend it and would love to stay again. Loretta was highly responsive & very communicative - a pleasure to coordinate with. She thought of everything and her home is perfect for renters. The location was idyllic - just steps away from a private beach, which was never crowded - even on the weekend. We realized how lucky we were when we walked past the public beach, which was teaming with people. There is a pretty public park just 2 blocks away on the bay with a playground & gorgeous sunset views. The location was also convenient to restaurants and shops -perfectly situated in the heart of Mantoloking. Loretta’s beach house was attractively decorated and had more than enough room for our group. The three bedrooms on the second floor were lovely and nicely appointed. They all had nice furniture, lovely decor and plenty of closet space. The bonus room on the third floor was amazing - the perfect extra bedroom or hang out space. There is a comfortable Murphy bed as well as a pantry with a sink, keurig and beverage fridge plus a half bath. The third floor patio/roof deck was a wonderful space with comfy furniture, a grill and a great view. The extras - bikes, boogie boards, surf board, beach chairs and umbrella were all top quality. Everything in the kitchen was new and high quality. The 2 full baths, 2 half baths and outdoor shower were fantastic. Such a wonderful rental 10/10!

Why they chose this property

Our home with our (life guarded) private community beach, a walk to the bay, playground, breakfast or groceries (Charlies Cafe). Pop on our bikes for pickleball and golf or grab something to eat. Away from the crowds, but close enough to both boardwalks for your excitement, Roughly 7 miles to either Seaside or Point Pleasant boardwalks.
