In the winter, you’re just minutes from some of Colorado’s best ski resorts—Copper Mountain (10 mins), Breckenridge (20 mins), Keystone (20 mins), and Arapahoe Basin (25 mins). Instructions for accessing the property were clear and promptly. Check in/check out was incredibly easy. Beds are at the end of their useful life and it was surprising that even with visible lump/craters in multiple mattresses, they determined them suitable for paying customers. The couch was stained upon arrival, which we made the hosts aware of. While they did offer to send out a cleaning crew, we didn't want to spend time on our trip coordinating this and declined the offer. It simply should have been guest-ready before we arrived.

Family weekend away lovely lake views but bear in mind these condos have busy highway in front and behind so it’s not a peaceful location at all .. it’s close to everything and the lake access with the kayaks provided is great … hot tubs clean and inviting grill area good . Communication with the property company and their response time to queries is first rate … the condo is adequate but a bit tired .. time for new carpets and new bedding ..but it was immaculately clean on arrival so no complaints there .. there’s plenty of kitchen stuff to cook full meals which was great just a shortage of actual wine glasses for the 5 of us the bed in the bunk room is a bit wonky and remember there’s no A/C so it’s hot at night because you can’t open windows or patio doors because of noise from the highways .. all in all good for the price

The summers are a bit more toasty than they used to be for sure. We will make sure to replace the wine glasses and check on that bunk bed.
