The Space:

Welcome to your private mountain escape—where cozy comfort meets modern amenities, just minutes from downtown Asheville. Tucked away in a quiet, wooded setting, this 4-bedroom, 3-bath home is designed with both relaxation and connection in mind.



Inside, you’ll find an open-concept living area with vaulted ceilings, a gas-burning fireplace, and large windows that bring the mountain landscape in. The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for group meals, and the spacious dining area seats everyone comfortably. The top floor includes a spacious master with vaulted ceilings, large soaking tub, and an ensuite small bunk room specifically designed for kids.



Looking to have some fun? Head downstairs to the Blue Ridge Disco & Karaoke Lounge, game room, complete with a pool table, board games, and a cozy lounge space with a smart TV. The downstairs floor has two bedrooms (one with two queen beds, and one with a King bed), with an external shared bathroom.



Step onto the large, deck and take in sweeping forested mountain views, with long range views in the winter months. The outdoor area includes a bubbling hot tub, a fire pit with Adirondack seating, and plenty of space for morning coffee or evening stargazing. For the ultimate retreat experience, the home also features a custom-built 6-person cedar sauna—perfect for relaxing after a day of hiking or exploring downtown.



With four comfortable bedrooms (including a private primary suite), fast Wi-Fi, and thoughtful details throughout, this home offers a peaceful base for your Asheville adventure.



Guest Access:

There is a smart lock at the main entrance. You will be issued your unique front door code 3 days before arrival.



The Neighborhood:

This unique home sites beyond a traditional neighborhood in its own secluded piece of the forest.



Getting Around:

You will need a car to get to the home. There is a gravel driveway with plenty of parking.



Other Things to Note:

The house located in a wooded area with deer, black bear, and other local wildlife. In general the black bear bears are very timid of humans and noise, but you will need to take precaution to keep all house doors, windows, and vehicle locked, as well as trash contained.



While all our properties have routine pest control, we are surrounded by nature and at times nature will find its way inside.
