This home has a brand new heated pool, hot tub, and BBQ grill allowing guests to relax in comfort.

There are security cameras in use on the property. The cameras face away from the home and over look the front door, driveway, and backyard.

The house is exclusively yours, without interruption for the duration of your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home.

Commercial activities and video recording for commercial purposes are strictly prohibited on the premises.

The payment of an additional $1500 security deposit will be required prior to your arrival. If the booking is for local residents, there will be an additional deposit required. If you book within 7 days, there will be an additional deposit. The additional deposit is $500 for houses with 5 bedrooms or less and $1000 for houses that have more than 5 bedrooms. Security deposits can`t be paid via Credit card.

2-night bookings require an additional security deposit.

There is a $750 fee for smoking inside the house, plus any costs for damaged furniture. Should the next reservation be cancelled due to the smell of smoke, you will be responsible for the cost of that stay

There is a small fee to have the pool heated.

Note: Due to the operational limitations of external pool heaters, they will not operate when the outside temperature falls below 65 degrees Fahrenheit.

While we strive to replace any furniture with similar items to those shown in the photos, some pieces may differ from what is pictured due to updates or replacements.
