David was very responsive to all questions and requests. The house was great for our large group with plenty of beds and indoor/outdoor communal spaces. However, the limited parking spaces (6-7 total) should be noted in the listing, as 8 or more couples driving separately will need to find offsite parking. Likely due to the time of year and a previous guest or cleaner leaving a door open, there were quite a few black flies in the kitchen when we arrived and throughout the stay. David attempted to send us some fly swatters on top of the installed Zevos but they were not scheduled to arrive until after our departure date. Hopefully they come in handy for future guests! Overall, a great house to spend time with family and friends.
