Beautiful mid-century home. The owners have done a great job curating the furnishings and artwork to give it an authentic mid-century Palm Springs vibe. Management company was friendly and responsive. Would definitely rent here again.

Mod Cherry was the perfect escape from a long east coast winter! The house is just as darling as the pictures show. It is picturesque from every angle. We had 5 adults and there was plenty of room. It was clean and well stocked - including snacks upon arrival and a second cookie package and birthday balloon for the birthdays that we were celebrating. Poolside Vacation Rentals were easy to work with and great communications. We will definitely return!

We had a fantastic stay at The Mod Cherry and would absolutely book it again. The home was exactly as advertised, clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The pool was the highlight of our trip, and the water temperature was perfect for the summer heat.The kitchen was well stocked with cookware, utensils, towels, and all the essentials we needed throughout our stay. The location was also excellent, with plenty of nearby restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping just a short drive away.The property management team was outstanding from start to finish. Communication was prompt and friendly, and when we had a minor issue with a backed-up shower, they immediately sent a plumber who resolved it quickly. We were also greeted with fresh muffins upon arrival, which was a thoughtful and much appreciated welcome.Overall, this was a wonderful vacation rental that exceeded our expectations. Between the beautiful home, the fantastic pool, the convenient location, and the exceptional customer service, we couldn't have asked for a better experience. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning in the future.
