House is pretty central to grocery stores and gas stations. Walk to the beach was very short. There were two small construction zones, but nothing crazy. There were some cabinets that were dirty, a random receipt in a drawer, one of the utensil holders was dirty looking and of the blinds were dirty. It was okay for what it was, but felt like it could’ve been cleaner. And had trouble with the dryer getting our clothes dried.
