Living Room with ample seating. Couch makes into a bed. Chair Swivel. TV over the fireplace. Fireplace is not operational currently. Who uses a fireplace at the beach?
Fireplace - currently waiting for a roof repair from Hurricane sally (2022)
Pool #1 right outside the condo. You can see the pool from the condo itself, open a window to communicate or you can also see the pool from the side of the balcony. I have 4 children so I like to keep an eye on them.
Cozy Fireplace, great TV.

Ocean Front Condo Huge Balcony with Boat Slip

Great for Families, this renovated condo has new appliances, furniture, flooring and bedding. In the loft there are 6 bunk built in bunk beds. Shipwatch has its own boat ramp, courtesy docks for boats and jetskis. There are 2 pools, 2 clubhouses, tennis and pickleball courts. Our unit is on the second floor and there is not an elevator. 2 easy flights of stairs. Beach Chair service is available and you are right down from the Flora-Bama.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Great Location & Space!

This condo was a great location with access to beach, the Florabama close by, and boat access across the street if that is part of your stay! The Host was super responsive as we did have a few issues arise with the fire alarm going off but they sent maintenance quickly and were super helpful. Great for a big group and would stay again!
