The condo itself was very nice. Easy access to the pool as it is conveniently located on the 1st floor. Beach access was also easy. The only complaint that I have is rules were not enforced. Many people including my immediate neighbor were smoking on their balconies. I am allergic to cigarette smoke and could not even sit on my balcony as the smoke was coming directly in my face. I complained twice but nothing was done about it. We were also asked to wear a bracelet that looked like a hospital bracelet to identify that we were staying on the property. That was strange.

The pool was under construction and they had jack hammers constantly pounding and access to the beac

Terrible experience, they should not rent out these condos until construction is complete. At least they should notify renters of the construction and let them decide if they want to pay that $ for that experience. I have stayed their numerous times in the past, never again.

Unit 106 at Phoenix X

Unit 106 at Phoenix X needs some work. It looked shabby and worn. We also rented Unit 104 from Brett Robinson and it looked clean and updated. BIG difference between two units.
