Another awesome and memorable trip to Phoenix X!

Me and my wife have been vacationing in orange Beach/Gulf Shores for many years. We love it here. We airways try and stay at preoccupied Phoenix X due to its proximity to Flora-Bama. If they'd let us stay in the Flora-Bama we would! But this is the next best thing. Hahaha. This particular unit is nicely organized and decorated. Wouldn't hesitate a bit to start in it again! Thanks for having us, again.

Great for families

We really enjoyed out stay. The unit had all updated kitchenware and seemed to be recently updated. It contained the perfect amount of decor without being overly cluttered for the kiddos. Beds and pillows were comfy. We liked the full sized washer and dryer, the new dishwasher, all the furnishing were comfortable and we love the "wood cutout of Joe the beach man". Only feedback - a full body mirror. It would be nice to have a full body mirror available even if just on the back of a door, We were not provided with a sheet set for the sofa sleeper. Big issue here - the night before our departure we hosed all the beach items and put them right in front of our car so that we didn't bring dripping wet items into the condo (or into my car) and figured we'd let them dry overnight and pack them in the morning. My husband went to pack these items into the car and there was a note on my car stating that these items were brought to lost and found. No where in the parking garage were signs stating that you could not leave items in the garage near your car. Items we cleaned and organized, just wet. My husband went to get the items and they were gone. Guests were allow to pick through our stuff. Our beach chairs, expensive child life vests - all of it gone. Otherwise our stay was nice - the NEED to post signs so guests know not to leave stuff near their car. Thought we were doing right by trying to keep the condo clean. Our friends stayed on the first floor so each day we'd just drop the stuff on their porch - except the last night.

Nice condo. Great location at a great property. The bed was a little rickety and mattress wasn't great. But, everything else was phenomenal. I was happy with my stay and would go back again.
