This house was perfect! Great size for 8 adults-kitchen was stocked with everything you need and having the pool and jacuzzi was perfect! Would definitely stay here again!

Ended up getting in town early and was able to check in to the home 2hrs early. The House was very clean and had everything we needed to cook with. The open kitchen was great to cook on and still be able to hang out with friends. The pool and hot tub were amazing we used them both everyday.

Spacious Retreat

Couldn't have been more pleased with our stay. The home was clean, full of everything we needed, and we especially loved the hot tub. We highly recommend this home for any guests looking for a wonderful retreat.

The property was just as described, and the check in process was so easy. Justin even allowed us an early check in, and was very prompt when we asked about the entry door... My only worry in renting the home was a few reviews last year of the beds being uncomfortable, Justin said they upgraded all the beds a few months ago, and yes the beds were all very nice and comfy! There were 8 of us, great place to have a family gathering!!

Great stay

Perfect home for a group of 4. We each had our own rooms and the size of the home worked great. Hot tub was the highlight for us as it was cooler and raining during our stay in January and we used it often!!

Spring Training Opening Weekend

The property was located perfect for our group of 5 to enjoy making our inaugural trip to Spring Training. Plenty of space - indoor and outdoor - and geographically located to the ballpark, local grocery stores, restaurants and the airport.

Nice place to stay

The house was in decent shape. Clean and enjoyable. The master bed was very hard but helped my back after golf. The weather did not cooperate but the house was nice and trip was great.

Guys Golf Trip

Group of 4 guys down for an annual golf trip. House is perfect. 4 good bedrooms, fully stocked kitchen with good pans and tools. Hot tub is a great way to finish the day.

Short Weekend Get Away

The best part of any get away is the company you keep. It was nice to have a space that accommodated our family with enough bedrooms and bathrooms. The bedrooms and bathrooms were kept clean. That being said, the beds were not the most comfortable. The backyard was quite nice and bigger than it seemed in the pictures.

The house itself was fine. However the beds we like sleeping on cardboard and the hottub smelt of horrific BO. The house is great itself but they need to invest in new mattresses and deep cleaning the hottub.

My family and I had a great time! The house was very roomie. The pool was great! The bed in the master room needs to be more comfortable it was really firm and I wish they would have provided floats for the pool like other homes I’ve rented. But over all we had a great time and it was nice!

Pretty nice property for the price.

The house worked great for what we needed it for. Some of the pictures were slightly off from the current state of the property, and the bathrooms in particular were a bit outdated. Overall it was a good stay, but there are little differences from the pictures to the actual property.

Perfect Tennis Tournament Place!

We were a group of 4 tennis players in for a National tournament in Surprise. The house was perfect for us; plenty of bedrooms and baths, midway between the PHX airport and the courts and near restaurants and stores. It was nicely appointed and stocked. We particularly enjoyed the hot tub after a hard day on the courts. We recommend this house and would return!

Nice Little Getaway

Nice house, it is just starting to show its age a little. There was a slight delay in getting in because the previous tenants had left a big mess for the cleaners to take care of.
