Located in the heart of Topanga Canyon, you’ll feel worlds away while still being close to Malibu, Santa Monica, and Calabasas. Whether you want a quiet weekend, outdoor adventure, or a creative escape, this cottage offers it all.

Originally built in the 1940s, the cottage shares one wall with the main home. While fully private, occasional light sounds from the adjoining house or nearby neighbors may be heard – a normal part of life in the canyon’s peaceful, rustic setting.

Wonderful, magical, adorable place for a couple or two. We enjoyed morning coffee outside watching the day break on the ocean. We live in the mountains and loved the quiet, made us feel at home, we even heard a coyote howling…perfect.
