Welcome to The Walters! We are delighted that you have chosen to stay with us. This extraordinary 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is special to our family. It is tucked away in a quiet, unique neighborhood in St. Petersburg, Florida adjacent to the locally famous Pinellas Trail (50+ miles for biking, running, walking or spending time outdoors). Explore the ever-growing downtown of St Pete or soak up some sun at the nearby Gulf beaches, your home away from home provides easy access to adventure and discovery. If you just need some time for rest and relaxation, stay at home and unwind at the Walters’s in-ground pool (pool heated upon request for small daily fee). Make some amazing memories at this unique and family-friendly abode!

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
The pool may be heated upon request with 48 hour notice for an additional daily fee to cover the associated costs. 3 night minimum stay required.
Heating is only available November through April. The heater will warm the pool to approximately 82-84 degrees F.
Disclaimer: Ambient temperatures (extreme drops in winter) can limit / impact the pool temps attained.

Wonderful place in a quiet neighborhood. The house was very well labeled with signs to answer every question you might have! It was also a very convenient location to run over to the ocean or visit other local attractions.

The house itself was nice, but unfortunately, we did not feel that we had the level of privacy we expected from a vacation rental. We completely understand having security cameras outside the property for safety, but there was a camera on the upstairs balcony and another overlooking the pool area, which made us feel uncomfortable and watched during our stay. Quiet hours and pool usage ended at 10:00 p.m., and we respected those rules. We got out of the pool at 10:00 p.m. and went inside. However, close to 11:00 p.m., we received a message saying that the neighbors had reported that we were making too much noise in the pool area, even though we had already been inside for quite some time. This situation made us feel as though we were being monitored. We understand the need to protect a property, but guests should also be able to feel comfortable and have reasonable privacy, especially around the pool and balcony. Because of this, our stay was not as relaxing or private as we expected.
