In the beating heart of Florence, a few steps from two of its most iconic symbols such as Ponte Vecchio and Piazza della Signoria, is our elegant art-filled apartment, perfect for experiencing an authentic stay in the charm of the historic center. Located on the second floor of a refined period building, our place offers a cool and quiet respite with a garden terrace right in the center of the bustling city.
Our spacious and bright home is filled with art and objects collected over decades, fine Florentine finishes characteristic of the most noble homes, floors in antique terracotta and ceilings decorated with splendid painted wooden beams. Each room has been designed to offer a welcoming and relaxing living experience, worthy of the beauty that surrounds the apartment.
The interior includes a fully equipped kitchen, two large living rooms perfect for relaxing after a full day of sightseeing, an en-suite bedroom with king size bed, ample clothes storage and direct terrace access, two complete bathrooms, a practical guest bathroom and a garden terrace perfect for dining al fresco, a morning coffee or a sunset aperitif.
The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people thanks to a comfortable sofa bed in one of the two living rooms, making it ideal for couples as well as families or small groups of friends. With its attached half-bath and direct terrace access, this beautiful living space easily converts to a private second bedroom leaving the additional living room free for socializing or watching TV.
Equipped with air conditioning, fast WiFi connection, washing machine and dryer (unusual in Italy!), Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven and TV, our charming apartment is ready to welcome you with all the comforts necessary to feel immediately at home.
