Martino, our host, is very welcoming and nice. He showed us the apartment, helped me with my bags, pointed out the important sites from the terrace, and reviewed a map with suggestions.The location near the Ponte Vecchia is perfect. There is a small elevator which was very helpful with the luggage.We will definitely stay here on our next visit to Florence.

The apartment could not have been in a better area. You walk out the door and are in the middle of everything.The outdoor terrace is a great space to unwind when you need.

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon, and we could not have asked for a more magical experience. The absolute highlight of this beautiful place is the rooftop... The views of Florence were simply breathtaking. We spent almost every evening up there with a glass of wine, watching the city light up. The pictures don't even do it justice. It's absolutely a dream. And the most perfect location. Our host was incredibly welcoming, thoughtful, and full of great local recommendations, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. If you want a romantic, unforgettable Italian getaway, look no further. We will cherish these memories forever and cannot wait to come back!

Great location in the heart of the historical district. Great evening views of the city. Loved to enjoy a bottle of wine at night with the view. Very quiet at night. Very accurate pictures of the balcony. Location was perfect for all the walking tours we did. Highly recommended. Thank you.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay here. Location is just at the foot of the ponto vecchio. Close to every attraction, walkable 5-7-10 minutes. There is an elevator then 30 steps to the studio apartment, great A/C. My favorite was the outdoor terrace which is bigger than the apartment. Marti was super nice and gave us advice and a map. The indoor space could use some updates for sure. But it was clean and fine for 2 adults. Maybe 1 child additional. Luxury no but location and views is a 10! Grocery store just over the bridge which Is just a short 5 min walk . Plenty of coffee and restaurants right by the Apartment door.

This apartment in the heart of Florence has amazing views from the windows and the balcony. The room was pristine, and Marti was very helpful as a host. Our only wish was that the main bed was bigger. I ended up sleeping on the daybed, which was not made up for sleeping, because the bed was too small and there was no place to plug my cpap machine in.

We are very sorry for bed size: at the moment of reservation we always ask our guests either they want the sofa bed prepared or not. Our double bed is 140 cm and we never had complaints; if you had called us we would have come to prepare the sofa bed!

I have never stayed in a shabbier place. The pictures on VRBO did not match what the place looked like. The furnishings were so old and beat up. We paid for 3 nights and left after one night. The view was incredible but the balcony was full of an old broken washing machine and other various items. I do not recommend this place.

I assume that you didn’t ever read the Announcement asking me why the Washing machine didn’t work while there is not present on the announcement Once every 20 guest we meet somebody that hate our apartment. I think because they are looking for a rooftop white ikea apartment that is never ever our cozy simple essential worm colored house I assure you that if we were what you are searching for 1000€ a night would not be Enough But even the most Dissatisfied guest since today were not Far from offensive than you See you never again Marti

The studio is situated right in the beating heart of Florence, a few steps to the Ponte Vecchio, and around the corner from the Uffizi. You really could not hope for a more centrally located base to explore this extraordinary city. But because you are at rooftop level, the noise and chaos of the streets below is a distant echo. The terrace gives on to the rooftops and towers of the old town spread out before your eyes.Check in was easy. Communication prompt. We plan on returning soon!

Location was spectacular. In between the Ponte Vecchio and the Ufizzi. So easy to get almost anywhere. And the huge balcony had views of Florence in almost every direction.

We had a great stay here. The place is modest, but the bed was sooooo comfortable and the rooftop porch view was ultra luxury. You can see all of Florence sitting at the table out there. The location was absolutely perfect, a short walk to everything. And it was so close to the Arno - we had some nice sunset walks along it. It was nice being able to stay in a place up so high since there was an elevator. Marti and Allesandro were super helpful with suggestions and were quick communicators. It was a great place to stay in Florence.

A great stay!

The studio apartment was in the absolute best location! It was an easy walk to all of the main attractions in Florence, in addition to many great places to eat. The terrace offered an incredible view of the Duomo and the Palazzo Vecchio.
