Just wanted to say that we had an absolutely awesome time. Everyone we talked to was so polite. The pool was great. Our room was clean and ready when we got there. Our family had a great time and enjoyed our stay.

The room had endless problems from start to finish. But the main concern was having at least 4 big roaches in our room which I have pictures of. Each time we found a roach we would have to wait more than 30 minutes for somebody from “maintenance” to remove the roach. I wouldn’t recommend this room to my worst enemy!!!!
