The property was perfect for a large group. Upon arrival the house was clean and organized. There was plenty of space inside the house and a variety of rooms to hang out in. The pool and fire pit outside were also an added benefit!

Excellent weekend catching up with lifelong friends at this massive rental. The house needs updating, but otherwise it was a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the pool. Saad was very responsive to our needs. Would definitely recommend this property.

This house was perfect for our needs uniting 4 families with kids ranging from 8 to 15 in one house! We all loved the pool, movie theater, game room, huge yard, basketball court and more. There were a few issues with the house, but the owner was very responsive and fixed them right away. We would definitely stay here again!

AmsterdamI have stayed at many VRBO units over the years with my family. We select an annual site for our Family reunion late in the fall for the next year. We do a lot of research before we make the final selection. We have to select a house big enough for 7 families and children (15-20 people). That issue alone usually limits our selection. However because we have done this process so many times we could have a GREAT time in a cave. To put that in to perspective, one of my daughters said “this house was a 2 star hotel and a 5 star vacation”. The house was perfect for us. We had 12 adults and 8 children. There was plenty of room for all of us and more could have easily fit in. We stayed in the house a week and it rained for a few days. The game room and the theater easily occupied all of us. There were several issues upon arrival BUT the property agents were there immediately to address all the problems. We concur with all the other reviews of this property.

The property is huge and can host a big family, but it has not been maintained and garbage left inside and out. We specifically requested to use the pool and hot tub for visiting family and they were filled with algae and joy usable. There were numerous safety issues with exposed wires and chemicals left around. The host responded but did nothing except send an agent to wipe out the hot tub. We had to find another location to host our family.
