Very easy to communicate with owners and wow what a perfect spot with wonderful rooftop views! Location is key and thats what this place has, checks all the boxes...do yourself a favor and stay here whether first time or returning top notch all around!!!

Amazing location at an unbeatable price. Great setup for families that offers lots of options for sleeping and privacy. The property includes so many convenient items for the beach. Owners are very nice and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again.

Our trip included 7 children, 3 of them age 5 and under. This townhome provided plenty of room for our large family and a location close enough to the beach and other attractions to make getting out the door with several small children easy. It was clean, in good condition, and the only issue we encountered was responded to and resolved by the owner within a matter of minutes. The elevator seemed like something a little excessive in the description for our needs but absolutely came in handy. And the roof top deck's view while also being an end unit is spectacular. When we make our next trip, we hope this same unit will be available again. Reasonable price for what you get, great location, and professional ownership and management. We very highly recommend it.

Elevator was quirky would not come to floor when we needed spent a lot of time checking doors to elevator and could not figure out why… elevator door would get hung up and elevator was on that floor but could not get door openHad plenty of chairs umbrellas and wagonWe enjoyed our stay and was youthful enough to manage when we couldn’t get elevator to come to us We would rent again

An awesome home that lives up to the reviews! Beautiful views from the roof top. Lots to do within walking distance. And a great host that communicates the details and responds promptly. I'd highly recommend staying here while in Clearwater!

The home was perfect for our family's vacation. Pickle ball courts. Across the street. Beach, the gulf, 1 block away, it was located just off the main strip, perfect for rest, privacy, rooftop was really nice, morning coffee, or evening hot tub soak. The beach chairs, umbrella, pickle ball equipment , was a nice added touch. We enjoyed our stay. And would stay again!

What a beautiful property. There was plenty of space for our family of 8 to spread out. The views from the roof deck were amazing. The location was perfect - quick walk to the beach, restaurants/shops, park across the street - but just beyond the hullabaloo of downtown so it was quiet. We appreciated the beach chairs, wagon, and sand toys. And the hot tub on the roof at the end of they day. This was our first time in Clearwater - it was absolutely beautiful and I hope to visit again. I definitely recommend the house and the owners. Thanks for a great place to stay!

Proximity to the beach was great! Very short walk. Beach chairs, towels and an umbrella was provided, and we took advantage of those. The beds were comfortable. We enjoyed our stay!

Great location with spectacular views.

Cool set up, convenient location and the elevator saves you from several stair climbs. Close to the beach and strip, my family made memories and had a great stay and time. Loved everything about the whole trip.
