Thank you for your feedback, Ruth. I'm glad you found the house clean. After your stay, I had professionals inspect the septic system. Neither the technicians nor I detected any odors, and no issues were found with my septic system. I also learned that the neighboring property's septic system had recently been repaired, which may have contributed to the intermittent outdoor odor you experienced. To ensure future guests would not be affected, I personally revisited the property and confirmed there were no detectable odors at that time. Regarding the yard, a tree limb had fallen during a recent storm shortly before your arrival, and the brush had been stacked to the side of the property pending removal. The listing photos are current and accurately represent the home; the only notable difference at the time of your stay was the recent storm-related tree damage. I appreciate your feedback and have continued making improvements to ensure an excellent experience for future guests.
