You can see the beautiful blue view from your couch and balcony, and you will be just steps from the pool, pool bar, beach and ocean! Enjoy amenities like a renovated kitchen and bathroom, LVP flooring, smart TVs, wifi and wireless chargers. About the Space: Ideal for 2 guests (max 4 – strictly enforced). 540 sq. ft. – all oceanfront villas in the resort are similar in size/layout. Located in the popular C Building – closest to oceanfront pool, beach bar & ocean. Location: End unit with ocean views from your private balcony. Easy access: walk-up or take ramp/elevator to second floor. No shared hallway! Great for rolling in coolers/luggage. Full-Size Kitchen (Updated April 2021). Perfect for full meals or quick snacks! 4-burner cooktop, Full- size dishwasher, Convection microwave (great for pizza, steaks—even cookies!), Counter-depth fridge, 5-cup coffee maker + filters, Keurig (single-serve), Magic Bullet blender, toaster, cookware. Living Space: 42” Samsung Smart TV, Queen sofa bed, Fast, secure WiFi . Bathroom with full-size tub & shower, fresh towels provided. Master Bedroom with Queen Zinus charcoal memory foam mattress, full-size closet w/ shelving & hangers. Laundry Details: Laundry card provided in utility closet, Laundry rooms on 1st & 2nd floors. Reload cards at front desk (cash or card). Wash + dry = $4. Parking & Access: One $35 resort/parking pass included. Need more? Let us know at least 24 hrs in advance – $35/each. Passes must be arranged before arrival – security can’t issue them. Beach Gear (in hallway closet): Chairs, wagon, cooler, and more. Please rinse sand off & return everything where you found it for future guests. What We Provide: Sheets, bath/hand towels, washcloths, kitchen towels. Starter supply of TP, paper towels, trash bags, toiletries, dish soap, hand soap. Need more for a longer stay? Just let us know in advance! On-Site Amenities: The island’s largest beachfront pool, a second pool for those who prefer a quieter swim, fitness center open daily 10am–6pm (get access card from front desk – $20 refundable deposit & waiver required), tennis & pickleball courts, basketball court, playground for the kiddos, bike rental stand, adjacent to the beach, front desk staffed 24/7 for anything you need!
