Fenced cabin-style home on 2+ acres surrounded by mountains. Over 200' of creek frontage with fencing on the other 3 sides of the property make it a personal playground for your kids and dogs! Enjoy a 3-hole disc golf course and a detached game room!

Plenty of parking available in driveway shared with owner's separate residence.

We are located in the Chumstick valley along the Chumstick Highway. Occasionally you might hear that driver who takes this Highway status a little too seriously. The BNSF trainline also runs along this valley and you will hear the train several times during the day and occasionally at night. We provide earplugs for lighter sleepers.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.
