Things to know
• State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking.
• Traveler must be at least 22 years of age to make a reservation.
• 2 Exterior Cameras: (1 Front Porch, 1 on exterior Garage)
• There is sofa and an extra bed.
• Additional Guest Fee - $100.00
• Early Check/Late Checkout $50.00
House rules
• No smoking, vaping, events, parties, or large gatherings allowed anywhere at the property
• Please be mindful of noise levels there is one noise, smoking, vaping monitor located in the family room there is no video or audio recording
• Observe Quiet Hours 11pm-7am
• Damages will be billed to the guest and reported to the OTA
• Only registered guests are allowed
• Do not use the premises for any illegal activity
• There will be a $500.00 fee in the event you have accessed physical keys and remove them from the property after your reservation and are not returned in less than 24 hours
