The house is awesome! Super clean and very spacious. The hot tub was great, and the garage functions as a great lounge/game room. Came here with a big group and it was perfect. Easy check in/out.

Historic house in the trendy Capital Hill area. Very unique design with stained glass windows and a nice yard suitable for a large gathering. Excellent gourmet kitchen. Very roomy. Owner was very responsive to air conditioner not working the first night. The only negative is the neighbors freaked out when our catering van unloaded the food into the garage for our party and called the owner even though he was only parked there 10 minutes. Also, there were several homeless and very intoxicated people in the back alley just 50 feet away from the house for part of the day. Be careful walking toward Colfax Street just a few blocks away, we passed dozens of homeless people,some rather aggressive,

My friends and I truly believe this was one of the best Vrbo experiences we've ever had - I strongly recommend the Clarkson Manor for bringing together a big group of friends! The house was newly remodeled so everything was super clean and in good working order, the kitchen and bathrooms were all very well stocked, the hot tub worked great, and the hosts were great to communicate with and even let us drop off our bags early in the game room. The hosts clearly make sure this property is well taken care of, and it shows, and they made it really us for us as guests - check in was super simple, and there were no annoying check out instructions at all (a total luxury these days). I'd love to stay here again!
