Our place is a huge 3 beds and 2 baths , space of 2000 sqft. It is located in heart of Capitol Hill . It is very close to many Denver local activities : Zoo, Stadiums, Botanic Garden , Downtown, Convention Center . It is a VERY busy part of happening neighborhood . A lots of bars , restaurants and shops around in urban style . Old Mansion makes it feel unique and comfortable. Perfect for bigger groups, families or just single gateway !

The apartment was super cute, great location- easy to walk to everything. Patio was great!! Apartment clean (except dryer lint trap full), and beds were very comfortable! Host was very communicative. Only reason for 4 stars is the neighbors upstairs were sooooo loud (maybe had kids- not sure) but lots of jumping or banging.

This place was great! The house was very well maintained and decorated. There was more than enough room for us (Two parents and two sons aged 20 and 21.) The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed and the view of the Capitol building was an extra added bonus! This was a great central location to visit The Garden of the Gods, Pikes Peak, Rocky Mountain National Park, Red Rocks, and Coors Field! We also enjoyed the Denver Botanic Gardens which were very close by!The shower in the master bathroom was a little baffling to us... Large windows right to the outside world were a little strange, but luckily the shower in the other bathroom was great!

We had a little issue accessing the front gate but got that resolved quickly. The hosts are responsive and the house was great. Roomy and well stocked. The Christmas decor was a nice touch too. All in all an enjoyable stay.

Very clean and it has everything you need. The vibe is fun with the decor. I realize some things aren’t controlled by the property owners but there a few things that were unpleasant. As soon as we arrived and we’re trying to figure out how to enter the property we were approached by an aggressive homeless person and she banged on our car windows to try to get a handout. (it’s an area with quite a few homeless) it is in building with a few other apartments, and the neighbors were loud late into the night and we could hear talking and their movements. There was a sewage odor.

Spacious and comfortable place

The unit is in a building with other rentals and is generally quiet and comfortable. Easy to access and in a walkable area with restaurants and entertainment nearby. The interior was spacious, comfortable, and outfitted with everything we needed. A nearby liquor store parking lot was active at night, but it was mostly not an issue.

Absolutely Perfect!

Not only was our apartment absolutely perfect and met every possible need while we were in Denver, but also Kinga's bar downstairs was amazing! Such a great group of people. Kinga, thank you for being so incredibly hospitable and making us feel very comfortable in our temporary home. We were so sad to leave!!

Denver get away

Stayed at this lovely space with my son and his dog. The location was perfect and the apartment was everything we needed. Easy to walk to everything. The apartment is well appointed. No central a/c but there are 2 wall units that cooled enough. The owner was amazing and instructions for check in/out were clear and easy. I would definitely stay again
