Come and enjoy this home nestled on a cul-de-sac overlooking beautiful Big Bear Lake. Located in Big Bear Lake, CA, only 100 miles east of Los Angeles, 150 miles from San Diego and just 5 minutes to Big Bear Lake Village. This property is in a great location within Eagle Ridge with a great view to match!

Upon entering the home, you will feel the privacy and tranquility of this majestic mountain getaway. The main floor has an open floor plan with a full eat-in-kitchen opening up into a sunny living room. A wall of windows allows views from almost every seat in the house. The main floor also includes one bedroom and one bathroom. The sunny bedroom has sliding doors opening out onto the patio overlooking the lake. It has a king size bed, closet and dresser for storing your clothes.

The upper level has a large great room with vaulted ceilings and is great for watching movies, playing games, reading a book or just relaxing. The great room also has a desk for those occasional work calls while away from the office as well as foosball table and mini pool table. Three bedrooms (all with king beds plus one with an extra bunk style twin) are on the upper level. This home can accommodate more than one family or just a couple looking for a getaway to relax.

Additional features include hot tub, large private deck for dining and let's not forget that the home has a 3-car garage - a luxury in the winter! Plus, big views of the lake across 2 sides of the home. Service for 11 including linens for all beds, bath towels and dinnerware. There is plenty of space to spread out.
