About this property
Sweet Bearadise-Eagles Nest - dogs ok, outdoor fireplace
Nestled high in the majestic Blue Ridge Mountains within the exclusive Eagles Nest community, Sweet Bearadise is a newly built sanctuary where rustic charm meets refined elegance. Designed with both comfort and style in mind, this stunning home boasts four luxurious ensuite bedrooms, spectacular mountain views, and upscale amenities to make every moment memorable.
Step inside and be embraced by the warmth of mountain luxury. The open-concept main level is perched just a flight above the parking area, welcoming you into a beautifully appointed living space with vaulted ceilings and a floor-to-ceiling stone gas fireplace that invites cozy evenings around the fire. Accessibility is effortless with an elevator that connects the ground-level driveway to the main living area — perfect for luggage, groceries, or guests with mobility needs. Sink into plush, comfortable seating as you enjoy your favorite shows on the expansive smart TV.
The chef's kitchen is a dream come true — fully stocked and outfitted with granite countertops, custom cabinetry, and stainless steel appliances. The central island seats four and flows seamlessly into a large dining table with seating for ten, perfect for family feasts or festive mountain dinners. Just beyond, a live-edge bar table with seating for four offers a cozy spot for morning coffee or evening cocktails.
Two King Suites on the main level offer serene retreats with private deck access, ceiling fans, walk-in closets, and ensuite bathrooms featuring granite double vanities and custom tiled showers. Upstairs, another King Suite awaits with all the same luxurious touches and a shower/tub combo for ultimate flexibility.
For families and kids at heart, the custom-designed bunk room is a whimsical haven—featuring two handcrafted twin-over-king bunk beds, a foosball table, and a private TV. A cozy loft offers books, games, and comfortable seating, perfect for quiet moments and stargazing dreams.
Furry friends are welcome too—with a thoughtfully designed dog wash station to keep your pup pampered and clean after exploring the great outdoors.
Step outside onto the expansive, partially covered deck, where mountain mornings and twilight evenings come alive. Gather around the outdoor stone gas fireplace, soak in the brand-new hot tub, enjoy meals at the outdoor dining table, or grill up a mountain feast on the propane grill.
Ideally located in Eagle Springs, you're just a short walk or quick drive from the community's most popular amenities, including pickleball and basketball courts, a climbing wall, and a playground. Plus, with fast access to the Beech Mountain Parkway gate, you're only minutes from Beech Mountain Ski Resort, making this a perfect year-round escape.
After a day of mountain adventures, unwind in your private hot tub, soak under the stars, and enjoy the crisp Banner Elk air.
Whether you're seeking a peaceful retreat, a family adventure, or a mountain getaway with friends, Sweet Bearadise offers an unforgettable experience in one of North Carolina's most coveted luxury communities.
