AC/heating, high speed WiFI, The 3rd bedroom can serve as office (has desk and credenza) with LOVELY view of patio. Patio has plenty of shade and ceiling fan. Enjoy the convenience of a washing machine and iron, along with 2 bathrooms featuring showers. Kitchen is fully equipped including blender, Walking distance to park. 3D TV in living area, but on rollers if you want to watch TV in bed!
