The most charming little home with the best Location and close to everything in Grand Rapids. This location is walking distance to the Fulton farmers market, Medical Mile, Madcap coffee shop, Terra, Easttown, Gaslight village, Reeds Lake, Grand Rapids community College, Aquinas College, Calvin university, Theaters,restaurants, Fredrick Meijer Garden, Devos Place , VanAndel arena, highways and all hospitals. It's centrally located to all the places you want to go in GR, Period! This home sits in a very quiet charming neighborhood and was built in 1927 with wonderful touches of character. This It offers 3 bedrooms. One with a king size bed opens to an onsuite joining entrance to the 2nd bedroom which has a full bed, perfect for family with children, couple needing extra space etc. The suite offers extra closet space. The 3rd bedroom offers a queen bed overlooking the lush backyard and garden with beautiful seasonal blooms and native plants. (Basement not included in the stay and is prohibited ) This Centrally located property offers all the comforts of home. Its location is walking distance to the Fulton farmers market, schnitz Deli, grocery stores, Gaslight village, Reeds Lake, East town and minutes from downtown. You get the jest. The house was great for the most part. I guess my biggest issue was there is 2 bedrooms right next to each other and there is a section with nothing more than hanging paper separating the 2 rooms. It would have been nice if there was a door for privacy and noise level since one room has a TV and the other room doesn’t have one.

This home reminds me of something that is out of a hallmark Movie. It’s so charming and cozy. And so well taken care of. It was built in 1927 . The care and detail that maintain makes it feel fresh and new. It’s got great energy!
