House 1: This villa features four bedrooms and three full bathrooms, accommodating up to 12 guests. Bedroom one and bedroom two each have two full beds and two king beds, Bedroom three queen bed and bedroom four has two twin bunkbeds. House 2: This villa has four bedrooms and two bathrooms, accommodating up to 12 guests. The master bedroom has a king bed, bedroom two and three has queen beds and bedroom four has two twin bunk beds. House Supplies: Your home will be stocked with an initial starter supply of trash bags, paper towels, kitchen sponge, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, laundry detergent. Pool maintenance comes on Thursday and Mondays. Gardening is Wednesdays or Thursdays. Guest access During your stay at my house you will have full access to the entire house. Up to a $1500 fine will be assessed for violations. Guard Gate Access: All guests must use the guard gate located off Avenue 44. Unauthorized entry through other gates will result in fine up to $800 . Noise Restrictions: Excessive noise or music is not allowed. A fine up to $800 will be assessed for violations. Propane for Fire Pit Empty propane tanks are provided and can be refilled at a local Home Depot. Pet Policy Up to two pets are allowed per property for free. Additional cleaning fees may apply. Pets are not permitted in the pool/spa, and owners must clean up after their pets. Keyless Entry No need to meet the property manager! Each home has keyless locks, and you'll receive a code prior to check-in for a smooth arrival. Accommodations Provided Fully furnished homes with linens, bath, and pool towels. Fully stocked kitchens with dishes, silverware, and cooking utensils. Initial supplies of bath soaps, trash liners, toilet paper, paper towels, and dishwasher soap are provided. Parking Each home has designated parking spaces in the garage and/or driveway. WiFi and Cable TV All vacation rentals are equipped with smart TVs and high-speed WiFi. Liability Waiver You acknowledge that swimming and use of exercise equipment is at your own risk. You accept full responsibility for any injuries and agree to waive any claims against the owner.
