Your Vue Vacations getaway awaits at this renovated five-bedroom, three-bath home in the gated community of Montage at Santa Rosa. The property is within walking distance of the Empire Polo Club — home to Coachella, Stagecoach, and other major desert events — making it the perfect base for both golf trips and festival weekends.
Outside, the backyard is a true playground in the sun. Enjoy a private pool and spa with a WATER SLIDE, a built-in BBQ, putting green, fire pit, and outdoor TV. The patio also includes a MISTING SYSTEM to keep you cool, along with plenty of seating and entertainment options such as ping pong, foosball, arcade machines, pop-a-shot, and lawn games. Mountain views and glowing desert sunsets complete the scene.
Inside, the open-concept living space features a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and comfortable lounge designed for gathering and entertaining. The primary suite offers a walk-in closet, en-suite bath, and private patio access — a quiet retreat after a day on the course or in the pool.
*Quiet hours and noise restrictions will be strictly enforced. Quiet hours are from 9PM-8AM Sunday-Thursday and 10PM-8AM Friday-Saturday - but it is important to respect the neighbors at all hours of the day as violations can occur at any time. Outdoor Music is not permitted after 9PM. Any violations will result in a $1,000 fine per offense and will be guests financial responsibility.

WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT?
Check in is after 3PM local time, and check out is no later than 10AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available for your reservation for a fee of $150 per request, for up to 3 hours. This cannot be guaranteed and is based on availability. Please contact us for additional information.
DO YOU HAVE A POOL AND SPA?
All of our homes feature private pools and spas! The pool will be set to 84 degrees free of charge October-May. If you would like the temperature to be increased, this will result in an additional charge of $100 per day. There is no fee to heat the spa and recommended temperature is between 100-102. *STAYS OF 5+ DAYS SUBJECT TO POOL HEAT CHARGE*

DO YOU ALLOW PETS?
Our vacation rentals are pet friendly (cats/dogs only)! We allow for up to two pets per property for a fee of $150 per pet. Additional cleaning fees may be applied if necessary. Please note, pets are not permitted in the pool/spa at any time and we ask that you please clean up after your pets appropriately. Please contact us if a pet will be joining your vacation.

IS THERE PARKING AVAILABLE?
Yes! The HOA has strict regulations on parking. The home has 6 spots available - 3 in the garage and 3 in the driveway. If vehicles are oversized, you may not be able to fit as many. Any tickets or towing due to parking will be the guests financial responsibility. Parking specifics will be sent with your check-in instructions.
WILL I NEED TO MEET THE PROPERTY MANAGER TO GET A KEY?
All our Vacation Homes have keyless locks! This system allows us to issue each guest a "code" for their stay rather than a physical key. We will provide you with this code prior to check in, making it a much smoother and easier process when you arrive to the home.
WHAT SHOULD I BRING? WHAT CAN YOU TELL ME ABOUT MY STAY?
All guests will be provided with a digital guide before their stay. This guide will include information about the home, the area, and anything you need to know about your reservation including parking rules, check/in out procedures and the hot spots around town. We recommend reading through the guidebook thoroughly prior to arrival and downloading the app so this information can easily be accessed before and during your stay. Homes will not have physical binders. This electronic version will be your go-to guide.
WHAT IS PROVIDED WITH MY ACCOMMODATIONS?
All of our vacation rentals are fully furnished including all linen, bath and pool towels. Kitchens are fully stocked with dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, and appliances. Please ask us if you are wondering about the availability of a specific appliance or amenity. We also provide a starting supply of bath soaps, trash liners, toilet paper, paper towels, and dishwasher soap. Laundry facilities are also equipped with laundry soap. We do not provide spices, cooking sprays/oils, cling wraps, zip loc bags, pool floaties, etc.
CAN I SHIP A PACKAGE TO MY VACATION HOME?
We do not recommend shipping directly to the home as we do not have mailbox keys for the homes and cannot be responsible for packages once delivered. Please contact us if shipping needs are required and we will do our best to accommodate you!
DO YOUR HOMES HAVE OUTDOOR MUSIC SYSTEMS?
Most outdoor music systems are disabled due to noise complaints. We recommend bringing your own Bluetooth speaker. Absolutely no outside music past 9PM.
IS THERE PARKING AVAILABLE?
Yes! All of our homes provide a set number of parking spaces for guests in the garage and/or driveway. Parking specifics will be sent to you prior to your arrival.
WILL WIFI AND TV BE AVAILABLE?
Yes! All of our vacation rentals are equipped with smart TV's and high speed WiFi.
SHOULD I BE WORRIED ABOUT PESTS?
We are in the desert, so there is a possibility to run into our local pests and critters. Please help us keep the home and yards pest free by keeping all exterior doors and screen-less windows closed at all times and cleaning up trash from outside.
