Consider this farmhouse your home away from home while you visit Monmouth. This lovely property boasts 4 bedrooms, plus a flexible loft space. Bedrooms can easily accomodate 11 people and include a king, queen, full, and 3 twin beds, plus daybed with trundle in the loft --perfect for families or groups of friends. With 3-1/2 bathrooms equipped with hair dryers and travel toiletries. Your comfort is guaranteed. Enjoy amenities like WiFi, central air and heating, fully stocked and newly renovated kitchen, a dedicated office space, yoga mats, weights, washer/dryer, kayaks, gas grill, dedicated outdoor dining patio, ample parking, plus acres of secluded land and access to a private beach on Annabasacook lake.

We're happy to assist with any questions while you stay at our farmhouse. While we have two kayaks available for your use on the lake, you're welcome to bring your own boat or jet skis; the Cobbossee Lake boat launch is less than a quarter of a mile away. The winter in this area offers ice fishing at its best! Some area attractions are: Cobbosee Lake Custom Hall (a public library and theater), Cobbossee Colony Golf Course, Sunset Spa, Harvest Moon Farm Stand, Stevenson’s Farm stand, Absolem Cider Company, Grateful Grain Brewing Company, The White Duck Brew Pub, The Woodshed (owned by the “Cabin Masters”), and located only a half an hour from Augusta, and just an hour north of Portland. Come explore all Monmouth and all the lakes have to offer!

The house is beautiful! Lots of windows - bright & sunny throughout - especially in the morning! Perfect size space for large family gatherings. There’s no microwave, so plan snacks and meal prep carefully. Kitchen stocked with everything else we needed. Host was wonderful & responded quickly. Thank you for a great stay!
