This place was amazing, condo was very cozy, the pool was nice and loved the hot tub after a long day at the river. I would definitely recommend staying here on your next stay! Left here with lots of family memories. Thank you!

Great for a short stay in NB

Our family of 6 was comfortable staying in the condo. About a10-15 minute walk from Schlitterbahn East entrance, but you'll be walking uphill on the way back, so keep that in mind. Otherwise the condo was clean and we had everything we needed.

Not exactly what the listing says

The rental was clean but old but the pool and river was a long distance from the condo. The listing makes it sound like a house on the river which it is not! The one pool is really small and the other one has no shade what’s so ever. The cushions on the patio furniture were disgusting and fir 360.00 a night they need to upgrade the furnitinhs

Great place to stay with kids

We enjoyed our visit at water wheel. We have stayed at other locations in New Braunfels, but this place stands out due to its location and having pool and river access. It is relatively quiet with no rowdy neighbors like other places we have rented. The owners/rental company were very quick to respond with any questions I had. I am giving it a 4 star only because I think the cleaning crew forgot to vacuum or mop the floors before we arrived. Otherwise, this was a terrific place to stay and we plan on staying here again next summer.

The property needs to be checked out a little better at least once a months microwave would not stay shut and the mini blinds in one of the bedroom are falling Down and the tv would not work in the bedrooms and the house was not cleaned very well thanks every thing else was great
