We have never stayed in a themed home before but we were looking for something a little different and fun and this property checked all of the boxes. The home is dark and moody, but is to be expected with an Alice and Wonderland themed home. All the little details were very neat. The house was clean and the beds were comfy.

Victory Properties and Lisa treated us wonderfully. The property is eclectic but fitted our family perfectly. We had to come into town last minute for a parents funeral. It became a gathering place for my extended family to sit and talk, grieve, and just be together. Lisa worked with us and was supportive and as accommodating as she could be. An excellent stay.

Really Unique Experience

The property is decorated Alice and Wonderland, and they nailed it! There was clearly lots of attention to detail in the design. We loved the numerous coffee options. Lily was great host. Friendly and prompt. Would recommend!

My daughter and I stayed in the house over Christmas. Overall, we were pleased with the house. Great location,easy to get any where in Tulsa. The bathroom could have been cleaned more, advised host already. There is an issue with the lock on the door handle sticking, which can leave you locked out for hours like my daughter and I, with no way of getting in nor anyone to get a hold of. Door handle should be changed. Recommend the house overall. Quiet neighborhood as well. Lily, the host was good on communication.

The location is very whimsical. However, It’s has an odd smell when you first walk in (smoky/musty). It does go away as we were in this side of the duplex. While it is clean, it is very dark and poorly lit in the bathrooms. The remote for the fan and light in the master bedroom doesn’t work, and the shower door in the master bathroom is very difficult to move. There are also several pieces of furniture that are questionable. One of the chairs of the kitchen table has a broken back, the red couch in the living room has very wobbly legs (we had to tighten one of them), the footstool in the living room also feels like it’s falling apart.The host is quick to respond.
