The apartment includes fast Wi-Fi, TV, a dedicated workspace, board games, beach toys, and chairs. The kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker, kettle, sandwich maker, and toaster. Perfect for families, couples, or remote workers—your seaside escape awaits! This bright and modern 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment offers the perfect blend of comfort and coastal charm. Wake up to the sound of waves and enjoy stunning, unobstructed ocean views from your private balcony. The apartment features a cozy living room ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach, a fully equipped kitchen for cooking your favorite meals, and a comfortable bedroom with fresh linens and a restful atmosphere. Whether you're here for a romantic getaway, a solo escape, or a working vacation, this beachfront gem has everything you need for a peaceful and memorable stay. Upon arrival, each guest must register at the registration office, open 24/7. There, guests will be provided with plastic wrist bands which must be worn to access the amenities. Guests are required to pay $30 for each key FOB that will grant them access to the facilities of the building. Each key fob covers 2 adults ages 12+ 1-2 adults : 1 fob 3-4 adults : 2 fobs 5-6 adults : 3 fobs There are laundry rooms located on each floor next to the elevators. A laundry card is provided for guests in the unit. Guests must add funds to the laundry card if they wish to use these services. The top up machine is located in the lobby next to the mailboxes. Optional beach service is offered by the complex and is available for an additional cost. *Note: Beach essentials such as umbrella and chairs are provided in the unit free of charge during your stay.* Parking fees Daily/Overnight : $40 1 week : $100 2 weeks : $125 3 weeks : $150 4 weeks : $175 (In & out privileges are only for 1 week +) Package delivery (deliveries from Amazon, etc.): $ 7 each.

Let me start by saying that Ivonne is an excellent host. She provided communication and was detailed with her instructions. The staff at the condo were very friendly. The unit was very clean, it was comfortable for my family of 3, the view was spectacular, and the location was perfect. I could not be more pleased with our stay. I highly recommend it to others and I will definitely rebook for future stays.
