Relax in the claw-foot tub or cottage room with fireplace and sunroom views. Surrounded by local art, records, and cozy charm. We are five minutes from Lake Michigan and the beaches of South Shore Park, The Avalon Theater, Bay View Bowl, Outpost Co-op, Target, Humboldt Park, and the city's top restaurants, bars, shops, & so much more.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
MUST shower before entering hot tub. We will charge guests an additional fee of $350 if hot tub is unusable for the next guests!

We couldn't have had a better stay and reunion. The neighborhood offered us everything we wanted and more. The space itself is beautiful and nourishing. We hope to come back very soon!

Enjoying the sauna and hot tub in the cold was heavenly. Also took a soak in the tub, and felt rejuvenated, all around! Hosted my birthday party for a few hours during the day and everyone kept gushing about how beautiful it was!
