The home is located in a historic "hamlet" called Safe Harbor Village, built in the 1930s. The neighborhood is extremely peaceful and quiet. There are sidewalks all throughout the village, walking trails in the nearby forest, and a local park across the street. Both vehicular and pedestrian traffic is minimal.
The driveway is shared by two houses, but there is a spot for parking next to the garage (pictured). The garage can fit a car, but nothing larger than a sedan. If you have more than two cars please reach out for directions on where to park.
Cellular connection: Depending on your provider, you may have little to no cell service in the village where the home is located. Verizon customers usually experience more issues here than AT&T or T-mobile.
Extras: iron and board, pack n play (stocked in closet in bedroom 1.
Complimentary firewood is available upon request.
