Beautiful 3br Home on Sandy Beach

The price quote is based on 6 guests. Maximum of 12 ($20-$25 per day/guest over six depending on the season).

PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING:
- No refunds for Holidays, Spring Break, or Special Events.
- Must be 25 years of age or older to reserve this home.
- No smoking allowed.
- Approved pets are allowed with a fee if the renter agrees to conditions. (2 pets maximum per stay)
- Renters must bring their pet beds. A charge of $35.00 dollars per pet will be applied if our beds are found full of pet hair or with signs of a pet sleeping on them.
- Arrival time is 4 pm or later. Departure on the final day is no later than 11 am to avoid a late departure fee.
- All renters MUST wear wristbands in the common areas and renters must submit the names of all renters for the authorization letter that is given to the gate attendant.
- Guests of renters are not allowed to visit and are not allowed thru the gate without prior authorization and payment
