Quiet neighborhood allows you to sit outside, sip on coffee or tea from the “Help Yourself”Coffee Bar and listen to the music of the birds in the nearby oakwood trees.

The Oakwood is part of the covenant neighborhood of Gilcrease Hills. It has walking trails, a swimming pool in season,and neighbors who are respectful. It also boasts a clubhouse that has pickle ball and basketball courts along with tennis courts.

What makes this property unique

The Oakwood is on a large corner lot. It has a two car garage and a driveway which offers hassle-free parking with the choice of being able to put your car in the garage. There are outside cameras which gives added safety. There are three bedrooms that can sleep six people, two queen, size beds, two twin size beds. There is a full bath with a shower tub combination and another full bath that offers a walk-in shower. The fenced in backyard allows for privacy and outdoor seating. There is also a charcoal barbecue grill on site.
