Close to the lake and great if you have kids. We travelled with 3 year old twins, home was very child friendly. Love how secluded and quiet it was yet close to everything!

The house has a bad smell and the finishes look like they were done by amatures. Tile has huge caulk joints weird steps to get downstairs. Hood over the cooktop did not work.

I had to spend ten days in Cumming and was looking for a nice place with a view over the lake where I could relax in the evening. This wasn’t the place, and I left after one night, preferring to lose over 2000 than spend ten days there. The description has now been fixed - it no longer says “lake front”,

We enjoyed our stay here. We were not at the house much, as we were at a local racing event most of the days. However, A/C was fantastic. Rooms and bathrooms were clean. Plenty of towels were provided and beds were comfortable. Every room has a TV if that is important to you.There are a few things that's are rough around the edges, like outlets and fixtures. For us it didn't take away anything from the experience. I would come back here.

The cabin is cute and clearly efforts have been made to make it nice. The beds were very comfortable and the a/c cooled really well. Suggestions we have for improvement are: getting all the available electrical outlets working, esp all the ones close to the beds.A bigger coffee pot since it’s a place that can accommodate 8 people. Just a simple salt and pepper shaker would be a nice addition. Maybe store cleaning supplies down by the laundry for a better look in the hallway. You’re on your way to a pleasant place. Keep going!

Although a lot of work has been done to what was likely an entirely dilapidated dwelling, so much more needs doing before this place can be comfortable and safely occupied. One of the bathrooms emits a strong odor of sulphur. The electrical work in particular needs to be updated by a professional, eg outlets hang loosely from the wall; some do not work. With the exception of the bedding, which is very good, furniture is sparse (no dressers or even shelves in the bedrooms) and uncomfortable. I do not recommend this property at any price (and I paid way too much and cut my stay short by a day).

This house was almost uninhabitable. Outlet on kitchen wall had a big gap and exposed wires. Bathroom stunk. Ice maker had no ice. Only 2 towels provided for 2 night stay in a 3 bed property. Kitchen cabinets had no pulls or handles. Property manager miscommunicated when I asked about the driveway and ability to park a boat and turn it around…we managed to get it done but by no means was it as easy as was communicated. Some fixtures were new which made the photos look good, but everything around them were dumpy. We booked 2 nights, but left after the 1st night because it was so disappointing.
