Will not rent to guests who have children under the age of 10, December to April. As the heat source is an in floor heater with grate, which becomes hot and creates a burn risk to children.

Charming cottage that is clean/nice for your family vacation, ORV/snowmobile trip, couple getaways.

Need more space? I also own and rent out the cottage next door, and a third one just down the road. Between the three we can accommodate 20 people.

Includes a dock with spots for 2 boats.

The area in front is sandy to about 2 or 3 feet then gets weedy. Excellent fishing right off the dock. Neighborhood beach down the road is large, sandy to 7 feet. Orv trails and boat launch are both only a quarter mile away.

Built in the early 40's, the Interior decor pays homage to the 40s-50s cabin era and the local loon population but has been remodeled and well kept.

2 window AC units handle all of the space. Recommend keeping bedroom doors open for air movement but stays nice and cool.

Galley kitchen with most of what you would need to cook meals for 8. WiFi. Microwave. Coffee pot and filters.

No dishwasher. No laundry.

Tons of ample seating to see the sunsets and sun rises over the lake and enjoy meals.

Outdoor fire pit is fun for making smores and has a few chairs.

Will share top secret fishing spots.

Max people is 8.

Do NOT PARK on septic or past front door. Septic is marked by rocks.
No children under 5 during winter months (December to April) due to floor heater.

Wonderful spot on the lake for our vacation. The cabin had superb views, was comfortable and everything worked well. Wi-Fi was excellent. The kids enjoyed catching fish off the dock. Weather was very nice.
