The Space:

This single-story home offers plenty of space to unwind, featuring two dedicated parking spots, three spacious bedrooms, in which one of the 3 bedrooms is the back studio guest house.



The main house includes two king bedrooms (the master bedroom has a twin bed tucked behind a privacy wall—perfect for families). You'll find two full bathrooms, a fully stocked kitchen ready for your favorite meals, and a spacious living room with a huge Smart TV for relaxing nights in. The backyard is amazing with plenty of seating, a outdoor dining table, and a TV for outside entertainment.



Step out back to the guest house studio with its own private entrance, ideal for added privacy or extra guests. It sleeps 4 comfortably with a queen bed and queen-size pull-out sofa, plus a kitchenette with a coffee maker, microwave, toaster oven, and fridge. The guest house also includes its own full bathroom, smart TV, and outdoor dining space.



All rooms have a mini split heating and air conditioning system.



Out back, enjoy the sunny San Diego weather in the lush yard, complete with two different outdoor seating areas, a BBQ grill, and even an outdoor shower—perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach.

Every room is equipped with a heating and air conditioning mini split system. Beach equipment, backyard games, a foosball table and laundry machines are all provided.

The neighborhood is peaceful, walkable, and full of coastal charm.La Jolla Village is just minutes away, offering boutique shopping, delicious dining, cozy coffee shops, and oceanfront parks. Explore scenic coastal trails, visit the famous La Jolla Cove to see sea lions, or enjoy a day at the beach with ease. Everything you need—beach, food, fun, and fresh air—is right here in this classic San Diego seaside neighborhood.



Getting Around:

Uber and Lyft are readily available, and 2 parking spots are provided in the driveway (no access to garage parking).



Other Things to Note:

The property next door is currently undergoing construction. Hours of operation are inconsistent, but there is the potential for noise on weekdays. Our rate has been adjusted to reflect this inconvenience. If you have any questions please contact us.



Beach Equipment: despite the inclusion of snorkeling gear, we do not offer it at our rentals



Interaction with Guests:

Check-in is virtual, as you'll be provided with a digital Guest Portal and a personalized door code. Vacation Rentals by Aaron is a full-service property management company, and will be available 24-7 in case you need anything during your stay.
