The Space:

Your journey begins as you step through a hand-carved wooden door, greeted by a collection of local art that sets a creative and welcoming tone. For personalized comfort, each room has its own dedicated heating and air conditioning unit. A convenient full bathroom and laundry facilities also serve this level.



Ascend the beautifully crafted staircase to the heart of the home: a large, open family room with an inviting gas fireplace and TV. Need to get some work done? A dedicated desk looks out a window, providing an inspiring forest view.The space flows into the gourmet kitchen, a stunning example of Mid-Century Modern design that cleverly keeps you connected to the home's social hubs. From the main prep area, you have a clear sightline to the fireplace and living room, so you’re always part of the conversation.



The kitchen then opens toward the dining area, where a stylish breakfast bar invites seating for two. It’s the perfect perch for guests to chat and keep the cook company. Adjacent to this, a large dining table that seats eight is perfect for shared meals and leads directly outside. Step onto the expansive deck to dine at the six-person table, fire up the BBQ, or unwind in the bubbling hot tub, all while enjoying views of the fairway through the trees.



Just off the deck lies the private, detached casita. Perfect for those seeking extra privacy, it has its own bathroom, and a wardrobe. The space boasts a fun, retro vibe with mid-century modern furnishings and a unique throwback carpeted wall.



The entire top level is a spectacular, loft-style primary suite. The en-suite bathroom is an architectural marvel: the architects designed it with a dramatic 20-foot pinnacle bordered with skylights, allowing you to shower under the sun or stars. Relax on the sectional sofa in the private seating area or rest in the grand King bed. Best of all, step out onto your private rooftop patio—a secluded escape perfect for morning coffee or nighttime stargazing.



Guest Access:

Guests have full private access to the entire home, yard, deck, and parking area. Check-in is seamless with a smart lock.



The Neighborhood:

The home is perfectly positioned along the 2nd fairway of the renowned Northwood Golf Course, a stunning course designed by Alister MacKenzie set among the towering redwoods. The clubhouse, with its restaurant and bar, is just a short walk away.



You are at the center of the best of Sonoma County. A few minutes’ drive takes you to the vibrant town of Guerneville with its shops and restaurants, or the charming riverside village of Monte Rio. For a change of scenery, the dramatic Sonoma Coast is a beautiful 20-minute drive away, while the city of Santa Rosa is just 30 minutes from your door.



Getting Around:

A car is highly recommended to explore all that the Russian River Valley and Sonoma County have to offer. There is ample parking in the private driveway with space for up to four vehicles.



Other Things to Note:

Stairs: Please be aware that this is a multi-level home with a unique architectural design. Guests must be comfortable using stairs to access all areas of the house and property.



Golf Course: For the enjoyment and safety of all, please respect the Northwood Golf Course as private property. To book a tee time, please contact the pro shop directly. Walking on the course is reserved for paid golfers only.



Pet Policy: To maintain the condition of the home and for the comfort of future guests, we have a strict no-pet policy. Legally recognized service animals are the only exception.



Quiet Hours: To respect our neighbors and the serene setting, we strictly enforce Sonoma County's quiet hours between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM. No parties or events are permitted.



📌Please note that during the rainy season (typically October through March), outdoor furniture cushions are stored away to protect them from the elements and ensure they remain clean and dry. Consequently, outdoor seating may not be set up as pictured during these months.
