Robin's Hood on the River w/ Spectacular Views, near vineyards & coastal beaches

Robin's Hood is a cozy, modern home located on the riverfront with lofted ceilings and an open floor plan. From the living room, one can look out the picture windows and view the canopy of trees across the river bank. Blue herons, robin's, woodpeckers and an array of birds come to visit the private beach or the bird feeder on the deck. Kayaks are available for use and dock is available to launch kayaks from mid May to mid October.

The house has two large bedrooms with Queen beds, pillow top mattresses, in each room. Both bedrooms have a private deck. There is a smaller front room with picture windows and a view of the river that includes a trundle bed for two to sleep comfortably. The living room overlooks the deck and has a view of the surrounding trees. There are skylights throughout the house. The view from the deck is of the river and trees. There are no homes across the river and this is a very private spot.

For the gourmet chef, the kitchen is supplied with all the tools that you will need and an array of spices in the cabinets. The dining area seats 6 comfortably indoors and 8 plus outdoors.

There are board games, books, DVCs and other games provided to occupy your time. Beach chairs, floats, etc are all available for your use in the garage or the storage bin on the deck.

The house is 2 miles from Guerneville and 20 minutes from Jennar. There are a number of vineyards nearby and great walks on the beaches of the Sonoma coast or at Amstrong Woods.
