The stay was great! Location is good if you want to be close to downtown Fort Worth. The host communicated promptly and with detail. We loved having our own parking place in the gated garage. The place is cozy with modern amenities. Viable choice for couples.Would definitely consider for future stays!

We encountered a significant facilities issue during our summer stay. The air conditioner was not functioning at all. The host notified us that it was an issue previously but assured us facilities personnel had finished needed repairs and that the unit would cool down after we checked in. This was not the case and the apartment stayed in the mid 80s until we left. Had they been truthful we would have simply cancelled our visit without any hard feelings. When I reached out during the stay I was instructed to shut it off and wait several minutes then turn it back on because that allegedly helped at times. That was not the case and only highlighted it was an on going issue that has been ignored. When I notified the host that the unit did not work at all throughout the night and that they stay was extremely uncomfortable I was brushed off. Our stay was anything but 5 stars.

This apartment is relatively new, centrally located, very secure, very clean, very well equipped, nicely furnished. There are three large flat screen tv's. There is a balcony. There is a gated parking garage. The host Colten is pretty much instantly responsive. Our stay could not have been better. Highly recommended.

Property was perfect for a quick two-day stay. I had an event at the Ft Worth convention center and this was the perfect location. The parking garage was large enough to fit a big truck, well-lit and secure. The unit was clean and comfortable. The location was close enough that we walked to dinner every night. My family that stayed with us was always able to park on the street right outside the unit. I would highly recommend this host and property!

The whole entire process start to finish was SUPER easy! The apartment was in a great location w/very close parking to the elevator. My 83 yr old Mommy was along w/us & this accommodation was very appreciated! Coffee, Nespresso - everything we needed to wake up & get going was stocked. Fully stocked kitchen, clean, crisp white linens on the beds & just the entire apartment was so nice! We sat on the patio & enjoyed the evening. Whether you’re coming for 1 night or many, this apartment is in a great location for walking to some close areas or w/in close driving proximity to many other Ft Worth Hotspots. We lived in Ft Worth 30 years & are familiar w/the area but even if you’re a 1st time visitor - you will love the location!As far as the host, Colton. Well, I just cannot say enough about his kindness. He responded almost immediately when I messaged him - even BEFORE we booked our stay. He is definitely a great host! If I could give him more than 5 Stars - I certainly would! Thanks for a great, cozy stay!
