A luxurious and modern home away from home. This newly constructed and fully furnished rental apartment is immaculate and a must see. Located 1.5 blocks from beach; this spacious 3 bedrooms, 2 baths (Sleeps6 ) rental has an open floor plan with a family room, fireplace, dining area, and a fully stocked gourmet kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, pots, pans, glasses, plates, silverware, serving ware and much more).
Covered back and front porches and fully landscaped yard, patio, outdoor kitchen with bar top seating, outdoor shower, and plenty of seating. Great for large family gatherings or entertainment. Rental is complete with amenities (bed linens, towels, and more).
There is an additional refrigerator and ice machine in the basement for your use, as well as a full-sized washer and dryer. The property is fully landscaped with a sprinkler system and low voltage night lighting. Pet friendly (Pet towels and blankets)
We provide a free early check in amenity –we try to get all our guests on the beach by 11 a.m. The host will work with you as you get closer to your arrival date.
Unit has 500 HD channels and a 1G WIFI service. (Verizon Fios)
Unit includes bed linens and bath towels.
