About this property

So Much Fun, When You Leave, You'll Need A Vacation

A luxurious and modern home away from home. This newly renovated and fully furnished rental apartment is immaculate and a must see. Located 1.5 blocks from beach. Unit is entire 2nd and 3rd floors.
This spacious 4 bedroom, 1.5 bath (sleeps 10) rental has a family room, dining area, private balcony (off of the family room) and a fully stocked kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, pots, pans, glasses, plates, silverware, serving ware and much more) with stainless appliances and granite counter tops. 4 large bedrooms, one with access to sky deck. The twin beds in bedrooms 3 & 4 can be converted to a split king bed for your stay.
The unit has a private yard, outdoor shower, and deck private with gas grill and outdoor refrigerator. There is an additional refrigerator and ice machine in the basement for your use, as well as your own full-sized washer and dryer. The property is fully landscaped with a sprinkler system and low voltage night lighting. Pet friendly (Pet towels and blankets)
We provide a free early check in amenity –we try to get all our guests on the beach by 11 a.m. The host will work with you as you get closer to your arrival date.
Unit has 500 HD channels and a 1G WIFI service (Verizon Fios)
Unit includes bed linens and bath towels.
Plenty of board games for big and small kids.
Beach goodness - 6 beach badges, towels, chairs, umbrellas, toys, and cart.
The only item shared with the other unit is the entrance to the basement. We painstakingly designed the units to be separated.

This gorgeous property has it all! Great location, gorgeous yard space, clean and comfortable living areas and so many thoughtful details. It has absolutely everything you might want in a kitchen, plenty of towels and washcloths, games for all ages, and beach gear. We can't say enough how fabulous our vacation was because of this lovely, well maintained property.

Full service beach rental

Very clean and fully supplied with beach items. Easy walk to beach and playgrounds. Nice yard with pretty lighting and numerous chairs. Nicely decorated, well lit, nice variety of adult and child games. Owner is very friendly and super communicative. There are a lot of narrow stairs so not a place for anyone with mobility issues. Would definitely stay again!
