Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

EV Charger - $20 flat fee Pet fee each dog ( $165 each dog), Hot tub - locked the cover after using it, Guests must shower before using it . We don't refund guests ! Leave the house neat and tidy

Hot tub- Shower before using it! Locked the cover after using it ! Leaving it open will damage the hot tub, specially winter months. Grill - Clean after using it . Be considerate of the next Guests.

Firepit - Don't leave any trash. Fireplace - Clean after use, we are in rural area, cleaners are limited No Smoking, No Parties, Guests are responsible for shoveling the front entrance / hot tub

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
